I made an appointment for my service. Upon arrive I let the advisor know I had an appointment. He replied, we dont take appointments on Saturday. I pull up my email to show him that I made an appointment. He replied, yea weve gone to management about that but what are you here for?. I told him and asked how long it would be before I would get service. He goes and asks, and says someone can start on it now. Okay great, Ill wait on my vehicle. Around noon, I go and ask about how much longer because my 7 month old is starting to get upset and fussy. He says hell go back and ask but never

I definitely give this place 5 stars and the workers Kiaira Stoves and Kris definitely worked to get my fianc and I in something. We were giving up on hope after about 5 dealerships turned us down . Kiaira told me to come see her and told us what to bring and got the process started . Unlike the other places who turned us down because they didnt want to do the work , she worked and worked hard to get us in something for a week strong and put us in a nice 2018 SUV . We really appreciate her and also her coworker Kris because they just dont know how much of a help they were . We will definitely
