If your plan is not listed, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide you with a form you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you. Upon arrival to our office, our staff will confirm your insurance information to make sure that we have the most up to date plan that you are enrolled in.

This time for both reflection and "prospection" gives us all a unique opportunity to evaluate how we've been dealing with our men's. In general, men are less likely to take care of themselves and their health than women.
