Doctor was rushed. Said he was four hours behind on computer. Was supposed to schedule MRI. Call to open MRI and didn't have order. Called back to get order sent wrong order. Showed for MRI they still had wrong orders. Had to cancel appointment.

I had an appointment yesterday with Rebecca Parker FNP. I have never left a medical appointment feeling so heard and confident! There was pretty much no wait to get in, I just sent a text I was there and within 2-3 mins I was in a room The MA Kacey was so bubbly and kind. The appointment was set for an hour to make sure all my questions were answered and I know if I forgot to ask or need to ask a question later I can quickly send a message in the app. Rebecca told me about all my options, pulled up a list with all the medications that could be used for my treatment and the most frequent side effects

So impressed with all of the staff and doctors here . The whole office is a very calming environment and does not make you anxious like other doctors offices . The doctors are ACTUALLY conserned with working as a team and helping you . Not just throwing medication at you! They explain everything to you in detail. I would recommend them to anyone!!
