I had an appointment yesterday with Rebecca Parker FNP. I have never left a medical appointment feeling so heard and confident! There was pretty much no wait to get in, I just sent a text I was there and within 2-3 mins I was in a room The MA Kacey was so bubbly and kind. The appointment was set for an hour to make sure all my questions were answered and I know if I forgot to ask or need to ask a question later I can quickly send a message in the app. Rebecca told me about all my options, pulled up a list with all the medications that could be used for my treatment and the most frequent side effects

So impressed with all of the staff and doctors here . The whole office is a very calming environment and does not make you anxious like other doctors offices . The doctors are ACTUALLY conserned with working as a team and helping you . Not just throwing medication at you! They explain everything to you in detail. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Not impressed one bit. My husband went thru his employers insurance, was a first time visit. Having pain issues in his rotarcuff. Female nurse that saw him acted like he was only there for pain meds, which he Was Not, wanted to get some kind of resolution. Never touched him, never took blood, nor any kind of an xrays. She right off the bat recommended he see her husband who is a Chiropractor. He does not have back pain, he had previously break on that arm. Still no resolution to the ongoing pain. Treat folks like you at least care about them being at your place of business!!!!!
