When you are experiencing a loss of hope, or if coping with life seems difficult to grasp, Hambright & Associates will walk the path along with you. The cost of our service is often covered by insurance or Employee Assistance Plans. However, the cost of getting help is far less than the greater cost of losing family, friends, jobs, and your personal well being.

Questions

For therapy to "work, " you must be an active participant, both in and outside of the therapy sessions. What if I don't know what my goals are for therapy?
