This use to be a great company. Unfortunately it seems they have not managed their growth well. They went from have a nice online chat support to a Resbot, that does not provide any real guidance, an email system that takes 2 days to respond to, and then another day and another day for any dialogue about the problem. They will take calls as long as you have plenty of time to wait for them to get to you. I would look elsewhere, especially if you are new to property management software.
