Thorsen’s came highly recommended and I was very impressed with their service. One of the few places that does service on a Rinnai Tankless System. Jonathan explained the process, was courteous and represented Thorsen’s in a truly professional manner. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

We've relied on Norquist (now Thorsens-Norquist) on and off for years. We do the biannual servicing for our air conditioner and heating units. Technicians are friendly and professional. Price is reasonable. They are quick and efficient and keep our old units working nicely. Thank you!

He always goes the extra mile to take care of his customers, even one on one himself. I was in a bind on a very hot day. I called around for prices and availability. Bottom line Thorsen's came out and got the job done for a great price. The service technician was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing. Within a hour my AC was humming right along. I would recommend them and will call again if needed.
