Pathetic customer service and results. They do not resolve the issue but only put a band aid on it for it to fail again later. Say they will call back and don't. Other reviews are spot on. Contact them if you only want the minimum.

They are not very responsive and do not return calls in a timely fashion. The technician took a look at our washer and told us one thing while the lady at the office told us something very different. When we tried to get a clarification and a better understanding of the problem they were very curt and nonresponsive. Finally we landed going to another appliance repair place. We would not recommend this place.
