Access To Home Care Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated Licensed Home Care Services Agency founded in 2011 by Michael and Amy McKay. We provide a variety of home care services including personal care aides, home health aides, homemaker/companion care and skilled nursing. We are also an approved provider of services under the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) Medicaid Waivers.

Personal Care Aide

Personal Care Aides (PCA's) provide assistance with activities of daily living under the direct supervision of an RN. Our PCAs are certified by the NYS Department of Health, screened and highly trained. In addition to their initial training, we provide ongoing training to our PCAs to enhance their skills and ensure compassionate, quality care.
Homemaker/Companion Care
Report
Homemaker/Companion Care is a great service to alleviate loneliness as well as provide some basic help. These services include simple companionship and socialization such as playing games, going for walks or conversating. In addition, this service can provide assistance with activities such as grocery shopping and running other errands, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders and meal preparation.
