One-on-one Yoga Therapy Sessions offer an individualized approach that empowers participants to take greater agency in their health with Certified Yoga Therapist Rachel Sammon of Explore Yoga Therapy. Rachel holds Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan (also written as Taijiquan) is an ancient martial art and health exercise based on Taoist philosophy that emphasizes deep relaxation of mind and body. Tai Chi encourages a deep pattern of breathing with the flow of movements, which are relaxed but precise. Regular practice brings about a sense of wellbeing, boosts blood circulation, and increases the mobility of joints.

Those seeking a Personal Class are very diverse and attend private Sessions for many reasons including: feedback on alignment, a beginner that would like to seek out instruction before joining classes, those looking for specific Asana options, and those seeking to take a developed practice even further.Our passion is to share Our positive experiences and training with others and we gain fulfillment seeing Our Community grow.
CYOC Virtual Series

Introducing Create Your Own Class: This bundle includes 5 separate sequences designed to allow the Practitioner to pick and build their own class or to be played together for a full & balanced 1 hour Yoga Practice. This Virtual Class comes in 6 parts including the full Flow, and 1 Recording of each Sequence so you can mix and match as you choose and Create Your Own Class.
