Kids create a product or service, develop a brand, build a marketing strategy, and then open for customers at this one-day marketplace. On the day of the fair, children will be assigned a booth and are responsible for the setup, sales, and interacting with customers. Learning Leaf was started in 2012 by Kristy DiGiacomo to fulfill a need for students to achieve academic and personal successes. Her goal is to help students not only academically but as an individual. She sees great value in looking at students as a whole person, rather than just their academic skills.

We will be an integral partner with the community, providing educational services to all learners through individual consultations, workshops, and school programs. I was born in West Virginia and soon after moved to Westerville, Ohio where I was raised and attended school. After graduating from Westerville South, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin University. I continued my education with Franklin University and completed my Masters of Business Administration in 2017.

It's that easy! Your child will meet online or in-person with a professional tutor we have hand-selected to meet your child's needs. At this time we are taking requests for in-person sessions and we will do everything we can to honor this request. However, there may be some circumstances when your child may have to meet with their tutor online.
Kids’ Business Fair – Business Planning Meeting

Besides a lot of words, this meeting is to help our young entrepreneurs plan for a successful business opening. This is a mandatory meeting for all participants of the Kids' Business Fair and parents are encouraged to attend with their children. The beginning of the meeting will be in a large group and will cover some business basics, as well as some details for the day of the fair.
