The Scatterbrain crew are tournament tested, Offshore World Championship Approved and all around great guys! Hanzel Sandoval has worked in the Los Suenos marina for over five years. He's originally from the Caribbean side of Costa Rica where he worked for fourteen years as a fisherman but started fishing with his family as a child.
