Drift fishing is a great way to get out fishing in Ft. Lauderdale. We run 3 four hour fishing trips every day. Our boat is the Catch My Drift, a beautiful 85' Gulfcraft party fishing boat, coast guard certified and licensed. You won't find a bigger, faster, or more comfortable boat in our area. We include everything you will need on your trip: rods, bait, tackle, licenses, everything.
Swordfishing Charter

Swordfish in Fort Lauderdale have become one of the most popular and sought after fish in our area. They are incredibly brutal fighters, they are extremely good eating and they are a great trophy fish. On our swordfish trips we run about 14 miles offshore, to the middle of the Gulf Stream current. We set up our drift with squids, live blue runners and glow sticks.

Tarpon are a big game fish that flourish in the warm waters of South Florida. Ranging from 20-200 pounds, tarpon are the largest inland fish in Fort Lauderdale and are a favorite for inshore fishermen. On our tarpon fishing charters, we fish aboard our 24ft Bluewatercenter consul. It is the perfect inshore fishing boat for fishing these inland canals.

Often we would get a group of 7 or more people in a group that wanted to do a private sportfishing charter. Unfortunately, most charter boats in Fort Lauderdale are only licensed to take a maximum of 6 people. The Mary B III has been specially set up to licensed to run sportfishing charters for groups 7 or more persons.
