I paid the service fees on May 27th. They sent me a confirmation that the money is received and the translation will be ready in 7-10 days. Today is June 23rd. Still no updates from them. I am sending them requests for update every day, but they dont respond. Poorest service ever. I need my money back to be able to pay to another translator, who can get the job done.

Theyll reply your emails like if they does not have nothing else to do, but if you ask them to make just a small correction, youd better take a chair and sit while they wait days just to send you the same thing or something even worse with no sense. I dont know what the problem is, my translation just needed two words to be perfect, apparently for them that was impossible.

While I found this error to be somewhat embarrassing given the price tag of the translation, I continued to give this company the benefit of the doubt (none among us
