This includes up to an hour walk-through of the home with the inspector noting any potential concerns with the major structural and mechanical components of the home.Please bring a pen and notepad! Duplex/Multi-unit: Use total Square Feet of property as price basis and add $100 per additional unit to the price. I will spend up to an hour at a home with you and point out any potential concerns I see. I will check out the roof, foundation, plumbing, and electrical while providing estimates for the ages of the large appliances.
