Through this, I found my passion in the trades. I became a licensed home inspector to assist people in understanding the details of their current or future home.

Every home will receive a thorough inspection that meets or exceeds the Washington State Standards of Practice and the Department of Licensing codes and regulations. A general inspection typically takes 2-5 hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the home. The report will be generated after the inspection is complete and returned within 24 hours.

With every home inspection a termite inspection/pest inspection may be included if requested. Often times for VA or FHA financing or re-financing a termite inspection is required for closing.
