Mandala Moon Yoga
Yoga classes and workshops are suitable for everyone seeking an experience of peaceful exploration, regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or fitness level. Expect to connect to contentment through this ancient practice of breathing, awareness, stretching, strengthening, and relaxing. In addition to yoga, you can try the complementary practices of hula hooping, fitness walking (Heart & Soul), and Groove (fitness dance).

We will be offering outdoor classes in our outdoor practice space this summer. Burn calories and tone your muscles with a big smile on your face! See the class schedule for current yoga and complementary class offerings. We also have private hoop & yoga classes. Be sure to check the schedule, our Facebook page, or look for an email if you are unsure about weather or holiday classes.

I'm a kirtan artist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is often called, "The Yoga of Awareness, " because, for many, it awakens the untapped creative life force energy within us and unlocks our full potential. We feel more alive, authentic and better able to navigate the stress of our hectic jobs, family life, technology and relationships.

One of my favorite memories is playing school with friends in the basement of our home. I was one of those fortunate children whose early school experiences included some teachers who enjoyed and encouraged the connection of the wonder and joy of children with the love of learning. My favorite classes were Art, Music and Dance which awakened a sense of being free as well as a connection with others.
