We have been in business since 1992 and we are entering our 17th year and are proud of our tradition of being elegant and affordable. Our Chef/Owner Patrick F. Cariddi is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is also a Chef Instructor and department head of the Culinary Arts program at McCann Technical High School in North Adams, Massachusetts for the last 20 years.
Our company philosophy is that we do not advertise much as our food and services are sought out from word of mouth. Most of our customers have either attended one of our catered events or was referred to us from a previous client. We are a family business. Pat's wife Barbara Cariddi manages the dining room services and both of their children have worked within the business over the years.

All of our breakfast menu selections include a choice of Orange Juice or Apple Juice, Coffee Regular or Decafe, Tea, Basket of assorted breakfast pastries (Muffins, Assorted Danish, and Breakfast Breads).
