My son had a possible broken ankle. The nurses, x-ray tech, and the rest of the staff who tended to my baby were extremely patient, gentle, polite, they explained everything to us and answered all questions we had.

Weve had the best experience (well as far as ER visits go). Katie Edgington has gone above and beyond to take care of my mother and make sure we are okay. Dr. Charlton is an amazing doctor. Melissa Maund, Derek, and Dalton have been wonderful too. Thank yall for taking care of us.

I was recommended by my physician to have my lab work done here for his convenience(in his area) I had a rheumatoid panel(blood work) done and was charged over $2700. My insurance paid over $1200 which left me with a bill of over $1500. My out of pocket maximum is $3000 and this simple lab work almost matched it!! On another occasion, she went in to get an ultrasound after a positive pregnancy test as she has had a cyst in the past which can give false positives. She was in a lot of pain and

I had a long wait, 45 minutes to nearly an hour; had to ask if radiology knew I was waiting. Follow-up needs to happen at least every 15 minutes in the lobby to let patients (who are customers) know that they are not being overlooked.
