Since 1963, Crenshaw Community Hospital (CCH) has been your local community healthcare provider. Our facility has 65 licensed beds with inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical care. CCH is also home to a fully licensed and accredited behavioral health unit that provides acute psychiatric services to individuals age 19 to 65.

The Hospital Home Health offers assistance to anyone who is home-bond due to an illness or chronic condition. Home health is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.

Dr. Samuel Walker obtained his medical degree from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1973, and then completed his Residency in Internal Medicine in 1976. With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Walker can recognize and treat a broad range of illnesses. Walker serves as an attending physician at Crenshaw Community Hospital.
