Preventative care is the foundation of family medicine. We provide newborn, child, and adult care. We follow immunization and screening schedules as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Association of Family Practitioners. Four of our physicians provide full spectrum Obstetric care - from prenatal visits through delivery to postpartum care.

When you call for an appointment, the receptionist will ask questions regarding the nature and urgency of your problem or concern. Every effort is made by our staff to schedule an appointment as soon as possible and appropriate for the medical necessity. Each day, time will be reserved in the schedule for patients who suddenly become ill and need immediate attention.

Our Billing Department is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please contact them in regards to any billing and or invoice questions at 830.992.2705 or 830.992.2723. In order to verify insurance benefit coverage for any services rendered, it is imperative that the patient provide a current insurance card at each visit.

They don’t even deserve one star. My grandmother had an appointment at 11:45 and they didn’t even bring her back to a room until 12:45. The ladies at the desk were ignoring her existence basically and when I questioned why they’d had a bunch of other people who came in after her they said they can’t answer that question that they was just no room. INEXCUSABLE. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. No one should have to wait over an hour to go back to a room. Let alone see the doctor.
