Rel Comm was first founded in 1985 by Robert Murray as a DBA under the name Reliable Communications. The primary business in our early days was to buy and sell used Nortel Phone Systems and associated telecommunication equipment on a nationwide basis. The company used to have full page color ads in the national publication Telecom Gear.
