Your initial hypnotherapy session lasts 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes, depending on which length best suits you and your issue. For most clients, three sessions spaced one week apart are most useful for changing long-standing habits or beliefs. Your first session costs $300 and lasts 90 minutes.
