Clear Water Harbor in Waupaca, WI is a lakeside hub for summertime fun. Owned and operated by the Meighan family for two generations, it's the perfect place to grab a bite to eat, enjoy some live music, or take in the beauty of the Chain O' Lakes. Pat and Mimi started Clear Water Harbor in 1975 after restoring the Chief Waupaca Sternwheeler.
They decided the Chief needed a "Harbor" and the Clear Water Harbor restaurant and bar was born! That continues to this day, as the Waupaca community and the greater Central Wisconsin area continue to enjoy this wonderful waterfront center. In addition to the restaurant, Moo's ice cream shoppe is open daily in the summer.

Some thirty years ago, Pat and Mimi Meighan brought the Chief Waupaca Sternwheeler to the beautiful Chain O' Lakes. For several years, they raised anchor and ran sightseeing tours. In the years since its establishment, Clear Water Harbor has grown to serve as quite the summertime hub.

Whether you're on vacation or just your lunch break, Clear Water Harbor is the place to be. Every summer, you'll find us serving up new specials and long-time favorites, from the third Thursday of April, to the last Sunday in September starting at 11:00AM Monday though Friday and 10:00AM Saturday & Sunday.
