Mexican restarauant in Greenville is under the ownership of The Serron family. Fiesta Rodeo Mexican Cuisine. Oscar and Sherri Serron moved from San Diego California to raise their children in the fox valley. The Serron family had their first restaurant experience in Appleton, Wisconsin when they opened "The Greek Cafe" in Appleton and sold it after a few years later.

With our name change to Fiesta Rodeo Mexican Cuisine. Our Mexican restaurant menu offers all the homemade Mexican food and Mexican dishes. We have retained the same chef you have known before offering the same tasty Mexican recipes and specials. The Mexican food is hot off the grill or oven and the salads fresh and crispy.
