Focused Results Personal Training, a personalized, one-on-one training studio, is a community that focuses on health and where everyone belongs - always. Focused Results is pleased to work with clients throughout the Chicago suburbs, but we primarily serve Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and Highland Park, Illinois.
Meet Our Team

Zak's been training clients for 15 years, 8 of which belong to his own studio, Focused Results. Zak attended school at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where he studied Kinesiology and earned his Masters in Business.

Recognized by the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Function Range and Conditioning Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Coach, Zak's dream and passion has been to own a personal fitness studio and help guide people through their fitness journey.

Fitness: 10-45 min workouts from our trainers, including HIIT, weights, body weight and resistance band, targeted booty & abs.
