When this company obtained my info via career builder, the first day my phone blew up with we have a position for you hurry we need to submit your application to our client and resume after all that no response, no communication. I had to attempt to contact them and all I got was client had not responded question? Do you only have one client? I would be very careful with this company. They may prey on the vulnerability of people needing employment.

Ive been working for them for about 1.5 years and can say that they are fully committed to their employees as well as the clients their hourly employees (contractors) work for. VIVA compensates their employees well, they actually care about their employees work/life balance, their company goals and culture are unmatched and they allow astronomical room for growth, development, etc. Because of my hard work and the tools and resources VIVA provided me to do my work, I just transitioned to a full time position at a leading health care corporation

I have received 3 phone calls today from this company about a customer service role (with no voicemail left, and a quick text sent after which is clearly an autofill) and each time I have informed them to please not contact me. I am not looking for a job nor have I had a customer service position in roughly 7+ years (I'm a Recruiter). Truly unprofessional and borderline harassment. As a heads up for everyone, these individuals contacting you first do not work at this location. They are VMS recruiters(usually international) who's only job is to confirm candidates for their local recruiters to interview
