Grapevine Ford called me about trading in my wife's vehicle. I was curious about what it was worth so I made an appointment with Valeria. He boss, James, even called me the night before to confirm I would be there. When I arrived at 9:15 on the dot, neither Valeria or James had showed up to work yet despite setting up an appointment for that time. They had 0 respect for my time and obviously I won't be returning. I was curious who owned a place with such poor customer service and it is Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. This is the service you get when a billionaire from 4 states away owns a dealership

Car buying has changed a lot in the last few years and Grapevine Ford has had the inventory and the stress-free dealership experience I was looking for. I was bombarded with pushy sales people at other dealerships and pushed into ordering a car since they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot. Grapevine Ford (Keaton) had the car I wanted to look at with all of the features I asked for pulled up for me when I arrived. They made the buying process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend you checking them out, this is our family's 4th vehicle to buy from Grapevine Ford! Go get a new ride!

Where do I begin? I started negotiating on a car 3 days prior before finally agreeing to come in. I told the salesman that I didnt want to spend to much time at the dealership and handle all the numbers before I agreed to come in. I mentioned that I would be coming with my own USAA financing in place. He said not a problem. From the time I walked in the door the games began. The numbers changed that we agreed on, all of the sudden they dont accept any outside financing, my salesman disappeared and a new guy appeared. You know the tag team approach! They must of thought because I was a female

My experience buying my Lincoln Navigator at this dealership went great! I enjoyed the personality of Blane, appreciated Xavier working with me on negotiating a very fair trade, Santiago's patience with a few miscalculated numbers to make sure it was the right amount, and last but most definitely not least--Ismael for our conversation and his easy going style which sealed the deal for me buying my car. Although this dealership was a seven hour drive for me, I would definitely go there again to buy a car.
