Currently manager lacks skills to adequately run the small community. The grounds are in terrible shape. Its 2:20 in afternoon and temperature is 100 degrees and sprinkles are on burning all plants.

I mean these places are nice but expensive. I am moving out and there is a whole big list of stuff to do, even clean inside the dishwasher.

Apartments are good here and the pricing too. They are mostly occupied and never been able to get here and due to unavailability.
