The person responding to my earlier review below seems to be providing a response to make them only look/sound good. Not bad response! However, I called the office twice and sent 2 emails to the Management of the Building to discuss the large 9% lease increase but no one is responding. 9% increase is not a slight rent increase and responding to calls by tenants, other than responding to these public reviews. is the least the Apartment management can do. I gave two stars for this apartment building in my previous review and that stands. This apartment building is not for people who wants to rent

The management staff here is so unprofessional and unorganized. They falsified my paperwork, and scammed me out of a $200 holding deposit by changing paperwork and switching my move in date without my consent. Im currently in process of reporting them to every entity i can. Stay away! And dont lease from Cathy! Shes a scam artist!

The mailboxes are constantly being broken into. Despite management being aware. They do nothing. They say security is aware, they don't replace the ancient boxes with more secure ones, they make it the problem of the resident. Their suggested solution is getting a p.o. box as if we don't already pay an arm and a leg to live here. I will take the post down or update it if things change. They have no problem taking our money but drag their feet with things that directly effect their tenants safety and peace of mind. The customer service in the front office is hit or miss. Some people are very professional

This place has deeply fallen apart again, the unit itself is my favorite apartment and maintenance here is great. They are a good maintenance team and all very nice people. The front office might as well stay locked up, it essentially does not exist. Ive never seen such careless employees anywhere, Im really shocked they hold a job actually. We are paying for amenities that are useless, things will randomly be closed no notice, the sloppy office hasnt even figured out how to send memos for such occurrences. Theyre lucky a Karen hasnt reported them, its that shockingly bad lol

I put in an application for these apartments on their website it stated their rent was 1655 I have the screenshot of when I applied. I called and and they confirmed they received payment for my application but the rent is not as advertised on their website. I asked about a refund of the application fee she stated since they did not run my information yet I could get a refund to call on-sight who is who they go through to receive a refund so I called immediately and they advised that I have to get the refund from the complex. I called back spoke with the same woman who stated that she was waiting
