We are able to offer both ketamine and esketamine, and always provide them in tandem with psychotherapy; we can discuss options during the first visit. Ketamine is FDA-approved for anesthesia and used off label to treat depression, bipolar depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders, while esketamine nasal spray (Spravato) is FDA-approved for depression.
