Had a horrible breakout and after multiple scammed experiences with other dermatologist who did nothing but steal my money, I finally found Dr Bakshandeh through a friend and she not just made my breakout disappear but made my skin even better than it was before!

My family loves us some Dr. B. She first treated me for hormonal acne. Within two weeks of doing a regiment prescribed by her my skin cleared up. It's been a year and my skin is still thriving. My 11 year old daughter had a tear in her earlobe due to an earring snag. I took her to Dr. B for repair. Of course my daughter was nervous and had anxiety about going to her appointment. Dr B was very kind enough to give me a consultation over the phone right before the end of the day. She didn't charge me anything becuase my condition looked serious and she wanted me to make an appointment with her colleague as she wasn't available the next day. She's humble, selfless and puts patients need first. Very respectful and first time experiencing this much empathy from a doctor

I had a short-lived relationship with Dr. B; I've only had two visits. I waited 5-10 min for the first appt. and 20-30 min for the second. The office modern and chic. One of the employees, I'm not sure if she's a nurse or MA, leads you to the examination room and takes your intake, specifically all of your skin concerns. She is quite patient! Then, the ever so stunning Dr. B comes in and briefly discusses your history and options. She's sweet and extremely professional. Amazing! Went in as a new, self-pay patient with 3 concerns. Eve (I believe that was her name) took me into the exam room and asked me a few questions and took some photos. Less than 2 minutes later a super cheerful and kind Dr. Bakshandeh came in and had a look for herself. She said none of them needed biopsies/were concerning to her (thank god!) and she could remove them if I would like. There was no pressure and I was given the option of thinking on it or doing 1, 2, or all 3. She went over pricing, the procedure she would be doing, heal time, and if I would have scaring. From the first time I met Dr.B 4 years ago, she has always been so authentic and honest. It's difficult finding a dermatologist in this area who doesn't push their services or products on you, which is one of the reasons why Dr. B is so great. She will give her honest professional opinion of what services (I.e. fillers Botox etc.) you need and don't need. I always feel comfortable in her hands, so I started bringing my mom, aunt and friends here and they too have had exceptional experiences. To top it off, she has an awesome personality!
