A parent was cremated here. The man who answers the phone was rather cold in reference to my questions and also seemed defensive regarding cost of getting a death certificate for my Mother. Definitely felt like I was bothering him. Eventually he just referred me to the county where I found the certificates are cheaper. I hope he was more compassionate with my family when they were handling the cremation. I would not pick this funeral home for any of my family needs.
