The sourcing and RFx Module is a portal that allows vendors to register and provide information about their business. They can bid on recurring items and respond to requests for quotes. Vendors have access to view and respond to their Purchase Orders. Enable corporate branded supplier registration portal to allow potential and existing suppliers to register and update their info and files.

The procurement module provides the "req to check" processing for all items used by a hospitality operation (F&B, OS&E, MRO, FF&E, CAPEX, Services, and Retail) Electronic workflow is provided for all transactions. The purchasing flow begins with the purchase requisition and includes purchase, orders, receiving, and single-step invoice processing and reconciliation.
Inventory Management

The inventory Management module is a full function perpetual inventory system with wireless bar code functionality. It provides full cost distribution to the general ledger for inventory departments and non-inventory cost centers within a property or among multiple properties. Inventory and cost center requisitions are printed in stock location sequence in the issuing stockrooms for use as picking list to be delivered to outlets or departments.

The Food Cost Analysis module consists of the analytical tools to provide food and beverage management with the decision support to improve profitability. It includes sophisticated and easy to use recipe and menu generation and maintenance systems that are interfaced to the point of sale system for daily food cost reporting.
