People will often ask me how long I have been in the business. That is one of the toughest questions I get. The only honest answer is "as long as I can remember." My grandmother at one point owned over 110 rental properties throughout the greater Kansas City area. So to be honest I've been in the business since I was strong enough to swing a hammer.
