We needed an inspection done for our home purchase. Our realtor recommended this company because she has been working with him for 20 years. We met with him at the house and watched him complete a very thorough inspection. When we arrived he was on the roof, and spent several minutes walking the entire thing, taking pictures. He was willing to answer a few questions for us. He was friendly and polite. The inspection lasted longer than I expected because he took his time and checked the entire house. After he was done, he took the time to go over his findings. He told us the written report
