Poland's Mixed Martial Arts In Granbury
Our Granbury martial arts school and programs are dedicated to helping your child become a more confident, focused, and well-rounded person. One common misconception about martial arts is that we are all about "kicking and punching". This couldn't be further from the truth! Children in our programs get to focus on building skills that are appropriate to their age, interests, and creativity.

Young children, ages 3 and 4, benefit greatly from improving their coordination with skills like blocking, hopping, running and rolling. As they get older, children ages 5 and 6 get to work on activities and gain skills that build memory, focus, teamwork, and much more.

Kids & Family
Report
We hear those concerns from parents on a daily basis. The good news is that after just a few weeks of kids martial arts classes, we see this happen. Your child's activities should teach them life skills, not just suck up your familty time. Mr. Poland has helped me and my family. When we first started going my daughter had no respect for me or herself.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Report
The jiu jitsu program at Poland's Mixed Martial Arts is for adults ages 13 and up. The class is a great starting place for teens and adults that are interested in learning more about the martial arts, as well as boosting their confidence.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is often referred to as a "complete self defense system" because the training is centered around teaching you to defend yourself in just about any situation, especially against larger attackers. This is ideal for women and teens that will most likely not be able to always kick and punch themselves away from an attacker.
