Martial arts has gone through many changes over the years and we have done our very best to stay current with the most tried and true techniques. We don't claim to know it all but do claim to teach proven techniques that are battle tested in and out of competition. We feel it's a problem if you walk into a modern martial arts school and see the same things being done the exact way as when your parents were a kid.

Martial arts has been a life long pursuit and one that has given me many opportunities that I would have never thought possible. I have trained in numerous martial arts and that has transformed into the style we teach today. Our style is American MMA which encompasses elements of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo and Japanese Jiu jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
