1) this place is gross for the dental part. NO ONE washed their hands the whole time. Surgery is going on not even 6 feet apart from the other person and the one getting surgery doesn't even get privacy. The fact that the staff didn't even introduce themselves either is irritating.

Can't say that I'd recommend this health care facility for anything. They are inattentive, miscommunicate doctor's orders and never answer messages sent on their portal - which by the way, is the form of communication they instructed they prefer. Find better care elsewhere.

I am always disappointed with the staff. I like my doctor but I'm considering moving to another clinic. The front desk constantly send the phones to the answering service at random times during business hours and if you do leave a message no one will get back to you. I've had several tele health appointment that I've missed because I needed a new link to the appointment but couldn't get ahold of the front desk. I have spent days waiting for scripts and calling everyday but one will actually send it. The staff has no follow through, if you ask for a call back or leave a message they will not get

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. The lobby is disgusting and you can't even find a clean chair to sit on. The front desk ladies were also rude. We got rushed through our appointment and it was the first time that a doctor didn't show us an x-ray after getting one done. We are going to another doctor next week to get a second opinion because of how horrible our experience was. (Glenwood Springs location)
