Every time I tried to reach my mother who was severely sick, the front desk employees for med surge were aweful. They were seriously unprofessional and inconsiderate. I simply would ask for an update on my mother's condition. They would tell me the doctor would call. They would go by. I got nothing. Then I would call back and they would treat me poorly and say the same thing. They'll call me back.
They never did. When I did talk to one of the doctors she was condescending and rude. They made up reasons why my mother was not available, transfered me to places in the hospital that wasn't her room

Physical therapy care was great, but billing was a nightmare. I asked for plan clarification before care and the bill's amount was a big surprise a month later. It did not match what was explained to me at all. Visits are billed based on what machines you use in the therapy room such as total gym opposed to bands. Some visits were twice as much as others when I did basic exercises each visit. Know what you're signing up for and drill down on exactly what everything costs. No staff member will give proper insight into your costs. The care is low.

Thank you Dr Ty B Nichols for surprising me and being a healer, being educated, and realistic. We need more doctors like yourself who practice medicine, and actually understand it. I was in very bad shape in the Er i couldn't sleep in days i was in excruciating pain, i was going insane. You treated me like a human being. More doctors should take a lesson from you on bedside manner.
