In addition to our celebration cakes, we offer a small assortment of individual desserts - free from milk, eggs, butter and all animal products. All of our ingredients are carefully sourced and free from peanuts, tree-nuts and soy. Though we do use wheat in our kitchen, we use best practices to keep our ingredients separate so we can bake our gluten free desserts safely.

Our vegan confectionery company, meringueshop, is the source of our hand blended MERINGUE POWDER. The recipe begins with fresh, organic, vegan meringues, baked from scratch. We then finely grind the meringues, creating a vegan meringue powder that performs just like traditional, egg-based meringue powder.

Not only are all of our celebration cakes baked to order, but we make all of our decorations, even the sprinkles! Our signature egg free meringues and colorful confetti sprinkles are pigmented in vibrant pastel shades, tinted naturally from botanical ingredients, and free from artificial colors and ingredients.

All of our cakes are organic, free from dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree-nuts, refined sugar, soy and all animal products. We use plant-based, non-GMO, and dye free colors made from fruits, vegetables and herbs. Most flavors are available with a gluten free option. Cakes can be decorated in a semi-naked, textured or fully frosted smooth frosting finish.
