Each bar is individually heat-sealed in airtight bags to maintain quality and freshness. We ship them in our custom gift boxes via UPS - typically it takes 2-6 days depending on location. Our bars do not require refrigeration and should always be consumed at room temperature. They are fresh for up to 4 weeks, and can also be refrigerated for up to 2 months or frozen for up to 6 months.
