This is the best apartment i have ever lived. I like both apartment and the prompt service they offer (they will either send text or call and confirm that our maintenance request is completed or not for every request ..this is simply best)..We lived around 15 months and were more than happy and i would strongly recommend this community to any one want to live in Bakersfield. All the shopping complexes also walkable is great added advantage.

I highly recommend living at Watermark Apartments. I moved into Watermark Apts in Dec 2019. Its been 11 months, and in that time I have enjoyed my apartment and am very pleased on how quiet, well maintained and safe our gated community is and feels. Diana and Britney in the office are wonderful, very attentive and responds to all our needs quickly and professionally. Its also great that Watermark is conveniently located within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bus lines.

My wife and I started out in the 2 bedroom apartment then upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Diana made out experience at watermark extremely pleasant she really is great, she responded to our concerns swiftly which we really appreciated. thank you again Diana!!

My husband and I have lived here for a few months now and are very happy here! It's extremely quiet at all hours, everyone we have met who lives here has been very friendly and everything is working well in the apartment. The apartment managers, Diana and Britney, are very friendly and helpful, and we love that we can text them if we need anything! We recently texted for an air filter, and we received one promptly. We also love that we can pay rent online. You also can't beat the location! There are so many restaurants and stores close by. I love that I can quickly zip across the street

I recently move out of Watermark (for job relocation) after living there for a year. We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed living here! The staff was always so helpful and really seemed to care about their residents. We have no complaints and hope everyone else has as great of an experience as we did.
