Fairly nice to live here. But they will take 90% of your security deposit no matter how clean you get your apartment. Living here is fine but you will never get your deposit back.

I have been living here for 1.5 years! The location of these apartments are perfect close enough to stores but still secluded enough for privacy. The appointments them selves are very eye pleasing on the outside as well as the inside, the property's management is attentive to any concerns I have had and everyone makes me feel at home in my house.

We had a great experience with management at Edgewater my brother is looking to move out here to bakersfield and we looked for a while but they where the only ones who had all the qualities we where looking for in a great price. The manager gave us a whole tour of the property took time to answer all our questions. Thank you.
