During the winter season, Island House may offer a 10% discount to AAA, AARP and military IF AVAILABLE. Discount must be mentioned during reservation process and not available upon check out. Discount is based upon availability and not available on peak/sold out dates. Must have valid ID (10% cannot be combined with weekly or monthly rates).

Island House provides gas grills for the use of our customers. NO other types of Bar-B-Que pits or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including on balconies or patios. Guests may not play loud music around the swimming pool, in other common areas and not on patios or balconies. Due to the unpredictable nature of arrivals and departures, we are unable to guarantee any particular room number or floor.
