Founded in 2013 with one Condo for Liza's love of the water and operated by John and Liza Blatter. We soon began growing as vacation rentals in Corpus Christi were being requested on a weekly basis. Each beach rental offers direct beach access, the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, ocean bay views from all of our condos, world class fishing and kite board surfing, and genuine Texas hospitality await your arrival.

Unlike other Condos we do not require an additional cleaning fee. We only request that you "leave it as you found it" with everything except laundry. Optional: If your stay is longer, and you request a cleaning then there is an additional $55.00 Cleaning Fee This is a basic clean fee. INTERNET: $0 - Internet WIFI is available and is provided with your rental - free of charge.
