English Towers Condominium

English Towers is the best condo on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland. The building has 120 condo units. These Ocean City, Maryland high-rise units are very spacious and have a large balcony that stretches across the living room and master bedroom. Some units in this building are oceanfront and some have a bay view.

Owners must have ETCA pet tag(s) for any pets that are on our property. Please be respectful and considerate of the beach, our property and the dog walk by picking up after your pet. Some owners are walking their dog on the beach which is a violation of city law. In addition, even if you pick up the dog's waste it leaves bacteria on the warm sand that children can pick up.

Extra vehicle parking is $10.00 per day/$40.00 per week, when available (only ONE additional car per unit). High-speed Internet streaming has taken the place of DirecTV in each unit. Renters will be able to use streaming services either provided by the individual unit owners or able to bring their own devices (such as Chromecast, Firestick, or Apple TV).

As indicated in the memo, our first priority is the maintenance of our building and property, but we expect to have time available, especially during the winter months, to handle a fair number of these jobs. English Towers will provide a quote for larger jobs (e.g., painting an entire room or rooms).
