I make a commitment to every property owner that we will be there on time, every time and that they will get a whole lot more from my cleaning service than just a quick dusting & mopping. We try to take care of our property owners, their beach resort properties and their guests like they were all a part of our family.

Missi works with everyone on her staff to make sure that her top quality standards are being met with each and every cleaning. She assigns the same people to clean and maintain your beach condo or resort home for the entire season. If something is missing, broken or out of place, they are able to quickly recognize the problem and have it taken care of, usually before you or your new tenant arrives.

Missi McGraw is a long time resident of the Ocean City resort area. She is a mother of two and is retired from teaching on the Eastern Shore after 31 years. She started her cleaning business as a favor to a friend who was looking for someone to clean her beach condominium that she felt would be both conscientious and reliable.

Check Out - Check In times / Rental Periods - These often vary with each leasing agency (or owner rental) but we try to make sure all units are always available for occupancy by 3PM. Most cleanings are scheduled at 10 AM & 12:30 PM. We try to work with our owners so that we are able to accomodate special requests.

We offer light handyman services to repair or replace damaged and/or worn items. We also offer additional handyman services including carpet cleaning, furniture repair, fabric or scratch repair, and more. This can often be done as part of a weekly cleaning. When it requires extra time, parts or materials there may be additional fees.
