Italian baked items are well known for being delicious, delicate and, at the same time, not too sweet. We accommodate special requests such like vegan, egg-free, dairy-free or gluten-free needs.

We cater for parties or special events. Among 70 different products, you can find what is best for you and your guests. From traditional cakes, to contemporary tarts and pies, including vegan, gluten-free and low-sugar options.

Indulge your senses in Rossella's 100% homemade pie: silky smooth texture and wonderful pumpkin flavor coupled with a flaky mouthwatering crust. An almost fruity, starchy-sweet flavor from the pumpkin is blending in with the sweetness of the brown sugar. You will also get a whiff of sweet fragrance from cinnamon and eggnogginess from nutmeg, with the tiniest bit of a spicy punch from pepper and cloves to help set off that richness.

This is the ultimate chocolate cake: moist and rich. To balance out all of the chocolate, Lady Scarlett has a layer of fresh strawberries in the middle and on the top. They make the cake extra pretty and you can't go wrong with strawberries and chocolate together. Try Rossella's newest creation! Ideal for birthdays, it is available in two sizes (regular or small).

This Sicilian recipe is a thick puree of blended organic lemons. A perfectly smooth, perfumed, bittersweet jewel-toned marmalade. Spoon it onto buttered toast, drizzle it over some yogurt, or try a spoonful in a mug of black tea to sweeten it. This would also be lovely to cook desserts with, also brushed over a plain sponge cake.
