We make the sweet dough, and then add the softened, sweet cream cheese and shredded coconut. Salty dough with three different fillings: eggs with dill and green onion, mashed potatoes with cheese, or sour cabbage with carrot. Sweet dough with a layer of Bavarian creme in the middle and fresh fruits or Amish cheese with raisins.
