At a Flames meet this weekend, I do have to say that the meet seemed to run smoothly and the girls were having fun. However, during awards, the names were read so quickly that the announcer was on 5th place and the 1st place winner barely had her medal around her neck! Girls were literally running to try to get on the podium quick enough to make the salute picture, before the next round of girls were rattled off like a cattle auction. These young ladies work very hard and awards should be celebrated, not run through so quickly that it seems they are not important at all.

Staff is kind and instructors push your kiddos in a positive way. There are multiple locations and the prices are not too bad.

This place is for those that really would like to excel in gymnastics. Its awesome. However, they could use more seating for those of us that hang around for our kids. Otherwise, I love this place.

I love the coaches here, they are firm but yet caring and kind with how they treat they kids. They sanitize the equipment after each class and we have yet to have or see a reason to not want our daughter to continue at Flames. Our daughter has grown to love gymnastics and loves going here.

My daughter transferred to Flames Gymnastics almost 2 years ago after attending Arrowhead Spinettes for 12 years. Spinettes was the only gym she had known since she was 2 years old. My daughter was 14 years old at the time and coming back from a broken thumb injury. Gymnastics is a tough sport even when you are in shape. Coming back from an injury is very frustrating. To add to the frustration of a injury comeback, she knew no one at Flames. My wife and I are parents who just wants their children to be involved in something extracurricular to learn about developing good work habits for life, build

This is the gym that trains champions! I've taken my children here for over a decade, first with my son, now my daughter. Most of the coaches are State Champions, and they have and incredible attention to detail and teaching the basics right, so when a gymnast moves on they don't have to unlearn bad habits. Their prices are the cheapest in the valley and you get the best value for what you spend!
